MOVE WITH
UNDERSTANDING
There is no single perfect yoga pose.
This hands-on workshop explores the anatomy and alignment of key postures, helping you adapt your practice to your unique body. Discover how stability, mobility and breath work together to create a practice that feels sustainable and supportive.
No perfect poses.
No comparison.
Just deeper understanding.
YOUR BODY.
YOUR PRACTICE.

FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY
Understand the basic roles of the spine, pelvis, shoulders, hips, knees and feet in common yoga movements.

INDIVIDUAL VARIATION
Learn why skeletal proportions and joint structure mean that the same posture may look different from one person to another.

EMBODIED LEARNING
Develop the ability to notice, assess and respond to what your body is communicating.
